A change of mind, personal preference, or an ordering mistake can qualify for a non-defective return. Defective goods are also eligible for returns and exchanges, including reports of damage, wrong merchandise, missing components, or a material difference from the listing.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. The condition requirement is new and unused merchandise in its original state, complete with the original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Give us the order reference, email used at checkout, and an explanation. Please attach product and packaging photographs or video for damaged, faulty, incorrectly shipped, or incomplete items. Wait for return approval rather than mailing an unauthorized parcel. Returns are made by mail using the complimentary return label supplied inside the package.
No restocking charge is deducted. An exchange depends on the inventory available at the time. Refund processing is completed within 10 days of approval, using the payment method from the original transaction; the financial institution controls the time needed to display the credit.
