Please enter a reachable email and phone number together with a complete, accurate shipping address. These details help us fulfill purchases of kitchen appliances, cookware, preparation tools, and accessories to eligible checkout destinations.

We generally need approximately 1–2 business days to process an order. Carrier delivery is then estimated at 3–5 business days following shipment. Neither period is a delivery guarantee. The final checkout, rather than a general statement on this page, determines shipping fees and whether an order receives free shipping.

We provide tracking when issued. A gap between scans does not necessarily mean the parcel is lost, but you should report prolonged delays or missing shipments for carrier follow-up. If tracking says delivered, look around the delivery location and ask other recipients before contacting us. Photograph any damage and retain the product and its packaging while we review the concern.

Some addresses cannot be served because of carrier service zones, parcel-size limits, or applicable restrictions. A shipping inquiry should identify the order number, email entered at checkout, intended destination, tracking number if available, and what happened. We will use that information to assess the appropriate next steps.
